Shipments
US orders are shipped standard ground UPS from Old Town FL, unless otherwise specified at time of order. International orders are shipped via DHL. Please contact your local customs office for information regarding import fees.
Damaged Shipments:
It is the responsibility of the receiver to inspect package(s) for damage immediately upon receipt, and to notify carrier immediately of said damage. All packing materials must be saved and/or returned, and all damage claims must be made within 5 business days upon receipt goods.
Payment
US/Canada: Credit Card, Cashier´s checks or bank wire transfers unless other arrangements made in advance.
International: Bank wire transfer or Western Union
Returns
ALL SALES FINAL. NO RETURNS.
Warranty
One year warranty from Manufacturer. Excludes normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, impacts, lightning or power surges, acts of God, etc. AVRepair, Inc. does not warrant the product for merchantability, or fitness for any application. Any warranties, expressed or implied, are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. To obtain warranty repairs, call 352-542-1076 prior to shipping, for RMA. Original sales receipt must accompany any unit sent in for warranty repairs. Any units sent in without original sales receipt will be refused and will be returned freight collect.

IN NO EVENT, WHETHER AS A RESULT OF BREACH OF CONTRACT OR WARRANTY OR NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE, SHALL AVREPAIR, INC. BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCEDNTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, LOSS OF USE OF PRODUCTS OR ANY OTHER EQUIPMENT, COST OF CAPITAL, COST OF SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES OR SERVICES, DOWNTIME COSTS, OR CLAIMS OF SUCH DAMAGES EVEN IF AVREPAIR, INC. HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBLITY OF SUCH DAMAGE OR LOSS BY PURCHASER OR THIRD PARTY.
