AVRepair is the exclusive distributor for Jovy Systems in the US. Please be advised that Jovy Systems will not warrant or provide support for anyone that purchases Jovy products from an un-authorized source. Serial numbers are registered and will be required for support or warranty service. Please see Jovy’s warranty for further details.

Jovy Systems Manufacturers Warranty

AVRepair offers lifetime support on the RE-7500. Our limited lifetime support includes the following:

Initial set up

Software installation

Connecting to a computer

Unzipping profiles

System operation

We do not provide training* or give advice on the repair of any particular product or application. Any profiles we provide are to be used as a guide only and may need to be modified. Basic soldering skills are mandatory and previous re-work experience is helpful.

For urgent cases and application support, Jovy Systems is available via SKYPE messenger (jovysystemscs). The live support will be active from 8:00 AM until 11:00 AM GMT on a daily basis, except Friday, Saturday and Sunday it will from 7:00 AM to 9.30 AM.

Steps to install the RE-8500 software

Set up the windows additional components mentioned above

Restart the computer to apply updates

Run Jovy PC suite

Save the license file in same directory contains jovy PC suite .EXE file C:\Program Files\JOVY Systems\Jovy PC Suite

Connect the RE-8500 to the computer if driver not automatically recognized. Drivers file in this directory (USB drivers installer), C:\Program Files\JOVY Systems\Jovy PC Suite\Drivers
